This past week, God has really shown me how to trust in Him.

Well, as you prolly already know, from the past blog, that since coming back to Waterloo, I have had to deal with a lot of stress. This week, by far, should have been the most stressful week yet, but it turned out to be the least stressful out of them all.

GOd really really took care of me this past week and i'm soooo thankful to him. along with battling midterms, assignemnts, presentations, speeches, interviews, etc. etc. I am also sick!!!! LoL but i dunno.... i actually kinda enjoy being sick cuz it made me feel even closer to God. although i had no energy, GOd somehow gave me it when He thought i needed it, mainly interviews.

I think the main differnece in this week was that I finally learned to take it each day at a time. i never really understood what that meant till now... cuz usually i would get so caught up in all the weeks' activities and begin to stress out at all the things that i knew would have to be done.... also, time became my friend =P lol...that sounds dumb ..but it is... even though i had the most crap to do this week, I felt like had the most time.... time's really a gift from God.

I honestly felt God at my side every single day this week like never before.. and it's an amazing feeling that I hope all of you can experience daily. Each day, I woudl begin by entrusting the day to God fully, for His will to be done, and not mine. wow... when you really give yur life to God's hands in complete trust, i just can't ask for more.... He was with me at every single interview...even though for all 3 interviews, i felt extremeley tired (from being sick) before each of them, God gave me strength to endure them and to actually kick-@ss during those interviews!!!! and I thank GOd sooo much for giving me all the words to say during these interviews.... i dunno how bad i could have done if i hadn't relied on God.... haha.... my friend called me up tuesday nite and informed me that the interview on wed. would be in purely cantonese...lol...and of coz, me being me, i started to freak a bit... hehe...thank God for awesome frenz who helped me w/ my cantonese...haha..but it turns out that i didnt' even need it... lol. the interview went smoothly with 1/2 cantonese and 1/2 english spoken by me and the 2 interviewers. the cantonese was surprisingly really smooth... and the interviewers even commented on how good it was considering i was a cbc from a small town! ~LoL!~ that made my day..jokes! and then today's interview...i think was the best one!!!! i almost fell asleep waiting for my named to be called on the screen at the co-op building.... but when i got there, it was like GOd gave me new energy! hehe...i felt so at ease and it went really really well.... so thankful....

i've learned that GOd will never give me anything i can't handle..and i know i always make it seem liek he does....but now i really believe that everything's part of his perfect plan.... haha..and after such a busy time in skool, *yay* goin home!!!!!!!

Yay Vanessa! I'm glad God helped pull you through all that stress heh. And I heard about how you and Betty ran away from Sam and Alex after I left that night...that's like so hilarious! :)
